Can I Get My Jewelry Wet?
Yes! All of our jewelry is tarnish resistant. We offer a range of 14k Gold, Sterling Silver, and Rose Gold filled chains and charms.
What Happens if My Jewelry Breaks?
If your jewelry breaks for any reason within the first 6 months of your first application, we will reattach your jewelry free of charge as long as you are in possession of your broken item.
Can I Bring My Own Charms?
Yes! If there are charms you prefer that we do not carry in our inventory, you are welcome to bring your own and we will attach them for $5 per charm.
Can I Bring My Own Chain?
No. Unfortunately we will only perform permanent jewelry services with the purchase of chains from Forever Violet.
Will Permanent Jewelry Services Hurt?
No. Permanent jewelry services make no contact with skin, and will not be painful
Is Permanent Jewelry Really Permanent?
Permanent jewelry is estimated to last anywhere from 8 months to 1 year. Depending on your lifestyle, that timeframe can vary.
How Do I Remove Permanent Jewelry at Home?
If you need to remove your permanent jewelry pieces for any reason, the most effective way to remove them is to cut them at the chain or connector piece using cutter pliers. If you wish to preserve your jewelry for reapplication, you must cut your piece at the connector or it cannot be reattached.
Can Forever Violet Remove Permanent Jewelry?
Yes! Stop by any time during business hours and we will remove your piece for you for any reason.
